Rob regards each student as a valuable person, worthy of the utmost respect, and this shows in how the students themselves highly regard him as a teacher. He takes pains to involve every student, and makes sure that the students are actively engaged and participate in the learning process to a substantial degree. It is also impressive in how he can integrate other assets into his lessons, such as humor, poetry, and music, to make the students feel that the process of learning is both fun and stimulating. Additionally, he made certain to make himself available to help with other responsibilities extending beyond the classroom, as well as helped to design quizzes, tests, and other materials to improve the impact of language learning on the students. In short, he is a fantastic teacher who works tirelessly to positively benefit his students in a practical and lasting way.
